The HDH Group, Inc. in partnership with Municpal Risk Managment (MRM) is the exclusive broker for MRM’s Workers Compensation Trust and MRM’s Property & Liability Trust. Since 1996 the Workers compensation Trust has returned over $48,000,000 in Dividends. Prior to 05/15/2005 the MRM Property & Liability Trust was a fully reinsured Trust. As of 05/15/2005 MRM Property & Liability Trust will continue to provide coverage via an excess reinsurance contract. This new program structure will allow MRM Property & Liability trust to build member equity and return excess profits and investment income. In April of 2008 the Trustees of MRM Property & Liability Trust declared their first dividend in the amount of $1,040,678.

The MRM Property & Liabiltiy Trust is recognized as the leading municipal insurance program in Pennsylvania, with over 185 Cities, Townships, Boroughs, and Authorities currently participating.

The MRM Trust Programs have been endorsed by the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association (PMAA) and the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS).
