HDH Group to Move Headquarters in 2012
PITTSBURGH, PA – September 27, 2011 – The HDH Group, a leading provider of risk management, human capital management and alternative risk solutions, announced today that it will be moving its headquarters in October 2012 from the U.S. Steel Tower to the recently renovated K&L Gates Center located in downtown Pittsburgh.
“The time was right for us to make a move,” said Bryan Hondru, Chairman of HDH Group. “With UPMC’s need for more space in the U.S Steel Tower, we had the opportunity to negotiate a favorable termination agreement on our current lease and move our headquarters to the K&L Gates Center in 2012, which also marks the anniversary of HDH Group’s 30 years in business. We started our firm in downtown Pittsburgh and it was important for us to keep our headquarters in the city. The move will offer us customized space, the latest in technology and efficiencies, and room for expansion.”
HDH enlisted the services of Carrie S. Holstead Real Estate Consultants, Inc., a leader in tenant representation, to negotiate its new office lease.
