| PITTSBURGH, PA – December 15, 2007 – The HDH Group, a nationally recognized leader in the risk management and employee benefit insurance intermediary markets and Pittsburgh’s largest privately-held commercial insurance brokerage firm, today announced the firm’s 25th anniversary. |

| A variety of business leaders recognized the company’s important milestone, including the presidents and chief executive officers of Highmark, American International Group, The Chubb Corporation, and Travelers. Local and state elected officials, such as Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl, Pittsburgh City Council Member Jim Motznik, Allegheny County Chief Executive Dan Onorato, U.S. Congressman Mike Doyle, and U.S. Senator Arlen Specter, also shared their congratulations with HDH. |

| Joe Paterno, head coach of the Pennsylvania State University’s football team also recognized HDH on its 25th anniversary, noting that Penn State football shares an important 25 year milestone with the HDH Group. “1982 was a special year… Penn State won its first national championship in football. I understand that a former Penn State football player is celebrating 25 years for another reason. Congratulation on the success of the HDH Group on your 25th anniversary,” said Paterno. Bryan Hondru, Chairman of the HDH Group, was a Football Honorable Mention Academic All-American while attending Penn State University. |
