Bryan C. Hondru

| Bryan Hondru is chairman of the HDH Group and is one of the original founders of the firm, which opened in 1982. Since that time, the HDH Group has become one the largest privately-held, employee-owned insurance brokerage firms in Pennsylvania. Since that time, the HDH Group has become the largest privately-held, employee-owned insurance brokerage and employee benefit consulting firm in Western Pennsylvania. Bryan’s career in the insurance industry spans over forty years, and includes work with insurance companies and national brokerage firms before founding the HDH Group. |

| Bryan earned B.S. and M.B.A. degrees in Insurance from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the American Society of Chartered Life Underwriters (CLU) and has attained the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. During 1999-2000, Bryan was Chairman of the Board of Assurex Global, the largest privately held brokerage group in the world, owned by HDH and brokers in 80 countries. |

| Bryan is married, has three children, is a past president of the Penn State Alumni Club of Allegheny County and was a Football Honorable Mention Academic All-American. |

Frank G. Mikan

| Frank Mikan is president of the HDH Group, and has been part of the HDH Group since its founding in 1982 when he joined the firm as a Vice President. Frank has nearly thirty years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry, with particular focus and expertise in risk management. Prior to his appointment as president, Frank managed the HDH Group’s Property & Casualty Department. Frank is a member of the HDH Board of Directors. |

James C. Byerly

| Jim is president of the HDH Byerly Division located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, which the HDH Group acquired in March of 2007. With over twenty five years of insurance industry experience, Jim has served on numerous insurance industry advisory committees, is a past president of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers, and is a former faculty member of the Surety School, as well as an executive committee member for the Surety School. |

| In addition to his deep industry involvement, Jim is very active in his community, with past board participation in the Harrisburg Builders Exchange and current board participation with the PA Highway Information Association, the Fulton Bank, the Holy Spirit Health System, Second Mile, and others including participation in the Advisory Board of Penn State Harrisburg. |

| Jim has undergraduate and M.B.A. degrees in Accounting from Lehigh University. He resides in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania with his wife. |

Chet A. Rhoads

| Chet is an executive vice president with HDH and is the Director of the firm’s Benefits Division. Chet began his career at HDH in 1993 and has nearly twenty years of experience in the insurance industry. His work at HDH involves the development of employee benefit packages for groups with 500 or more lives and multiple locations. Chet’s extensive experience allows him to develop benefit programs that provide employees and employers with cost-effective coverage on a custom tailored basis using alternative funding methods. |

| Chet earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University with a major in Human Resources and Marketing. He has attained his National Association of Security Dealers (NASD) designation and is working towards his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. Chet sits on the HDH Board of Directors. |

| Chet is married with children and resides in McMurray, Pennsylvania. |

Marshall E. Wunderlich

| Marshall is an executive vice president at HDH and is the Director of the firm’s Property & Casualty Division. He has over twenty years of insurance industry experience and joined the HDH Group in 1997. Marshall began his career underwriting commercial liability, auto, property and workers’ compensation insurance for a global insurance company. He later joined a global brokerage firm, during which time he assisted over 100 companies design and implement risk management and employee benefit programs. |

| Marshall earned his B.S. degree in Economics and Finance from Allegheny College and a J.D. degree from the Duquesne University School of Law. He is a member of the Risk & Insurance Management Society, the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association. |

| Marshall is a member of the Greater Pittsburgh Literacy Council Board of Directors. He and his family live in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. |

Anthony J. Kocis, AAI

| Tony is an executive vice president at HDH and is the Director of the firm’s Transportation Department, which delivers specialized insurance services for the firm’s transportation clients. Tony began his insurance career over twenty years ago with an insurance company as a marketing representative concentrating in the transportation and energy industries. After years of insurance brokerage experience, Tony joined HDH in 1993. Tony is a member of the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association, and is a member of the HDH Group’s Board of Directors. |

| Tony earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University in 1987. In 1991, he attained the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation and has currently completed 50% of the Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) Program. |

| Tony is married and has two children. He lives in Center Township, Beaver County. |

Richard C. Atkinson

| Rick is an executive vice president with the HDH Group, and CEO of the firm's Byerly Division. Rick has over 18 years of insurance industry experience, much of which has been focused on working with clients in the construction industry. Previously, Rick worked with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, and spent more than seven years in government affairs with the Associated Pennsylvania Constructors. |

| Rick is a Board Member and past Board Chairman of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member of Central Pennsylvania’s Junior Achievement, a member of Shippensburg University’s College of Business Advisory Board, and was named 2008 Man of the Year by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Central Pennsylvania. |

In addition to his involvement with various insurance industry advisory boards, he has served on international industry boards including the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers and the ACORD board of directors, for which he previously served as chairman. |

| Glen is a senior vice president and manager of HDH’s Property & Casualty Department, focusing on the firm’s largest accounts. Glen has been with HDH since 1999, has over 20 years of insurance industry experience, and is a member of the HDH Group’s Board of Directors. |

| Before joining HDH, Glen was with a national broker and managed a $3.5 MM book of business and supervised a ten person brokerage team. Prior to that, Glen was with another brokerage firm in New York City serving as an Account Executive, and prior to that he was with Aetna Life and Casualty in Pittsburgh as a Property Claims Adjuster, in New Jersey as a Liability Claims Adjuster, and in New York as a National Account Representative. |

| Glen earned a B.S. degree in Business Management from Penn State. He has completed many professional development courses and is a licensed Pennsylvania Broker. |

Gregg Proud, CPCU

| Gregg is a senior vice president at HDH and as Manager of the firm’s Transportation Department, he is responsible for the department’s day-to-day operations and client service. Greg joined the HDH Group in 2000, and has over twenty years of insurance industry experience that spans across many products including large deductible, incurred loss retros, paid loss retros, self-insured retention, captive, and guaranteed cost programs. In addition to an expertise within the Transportation Industry, his experience also includes the structuring of insurance programs for the manufacturing, healthcare, contracting, wholesale and retail industries. |

| Gregg is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Finance and Management. He has also earned the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) Designation. Gregg has previously served as an officer of the Allegheny Chapter of the CPCU Society, including one term as Chapter President in 2004-2005. |

| Bill is a senior vice president at HDH and manages the firm’s Alternative Risk Department. He has over twenty years of insurance industry experience, and joined HDH in 1998 to assist clients in the design and development of alternative risk funding programs for insurance, estate planning and employee benefit exposures. Bill began his insurance career with the CIGNA Captive Unit developing creative captive funding programs. |

| Barb is a senior vice president at HDH and manager of the firm’s Benefits Division. She joined HDH in 2006 as a Benefit Plan Consultant, focusing on strategies that result in well designed, successfully implemented and continually monitored benefit programs for HDH clients. Barb combines plan design, funding methods, and negotiations with carriers to maximize the investment that employers make on behalf of their employees. She brings 18 years of experience in the Investment, Individual and Group Insurance industries. She was previously employed by Federated Investors, Mass Mutual, and with the top producer group within the Mass Mutual Agency System where she spent eight years as a Group Benefits Account Executive. She has attained her National Association of Security Dealers (NASD) designation and holds an Accident, Health, Life & Annuity license. |

Allen T. Miller, Jr.

| Allen is a senior vice president with the HDH Byerly Division, with a focus on commercial property and casualty risk management. Allen has more than 10 years of commercial insurance experience, and prior to that worked more than ten years as a financial manager for two Central Pennsylvania construction companies. |

| Allen graduated from Clarion University with a degree in Accounting. In addition, he is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), a licensed Property & Casualty agent, and is working towards his Certified Risk Manager designation. |

Matt Scott

| Matt is a senior vice president with HDH, and has been with the firm since 2005 when he merged his own employee benefit agency with the HDH Group. With over 14 years of insurance industry experience, Matt focuses his efforts on developing employee benefit packages that leverage alternative funding methods and long-term strategic risk reduction through health and productivity management. |
